The Low-Speed ​​Dynamic Checkweigher can be installed anywhere on the production line and is designed for processes with speeds up to 80 PPM*. The product is weighed as it passes through the weighing belt. The belt stops, weighs the product, and then removes it from the base. The equipment will be manufactured according to the product's dimensions, weight, and speed specified by the customer.

Rejection Module: If the product is below or above the specified limits, the rejection module removes the package from the line to prevent it from being sent to the consumer and avoid fines from INMETRO.

Weight Correction: To ensure your production maintains the desired average weight and has the lowest possible reject volume, CHECKPESO controllers feature a sophisticated weight correction algorithm, which feeds back into the dosing process.
